Strategy: 1 into 2 Subdivision
Timeframe: Expected 10 months (August 2022 – June 2023)
Acquisition: Purchased off-market through a buyers agent under a standard contract and delayed settlement

This 1 into 2 lot subdivision was acquired off-market through our Buyers Agent and is being managed in collaboration with Connections Property Projects. We have permission to submit the Development Application prior to Settlement, which will occur in August 2022. The new lots of vacant land should be titled, sold and settled by June 2023. Details of the civil works and other conditions of the Development Approval will be shared in due course.
